Our garments are produced uniquely for each customer and belong to a limited collection, therefore, once the order is placed, we manufacture according to your needs (once the collection is finished, you will not be able to obtain these garments again). All our fabrics and products are hand-made and shipped from Colombia.

If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first of all, please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us! We are happy to replace or exchange any items that we missed the mark on.
Please keep in mind that we only offer exchanges on items purchased and not refunds. You are responsible for paying any shipping costs that are incurred during the exchange process.
Refunds will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect size/color/quantity etc. Items received that are defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item.
