We offer trackable international shipping

Please keep in mind that the timelines below are merely estimates and we are suffering an increase in delivery times due to the Global situation being experienced with COVID-19. We will still try our best to meet these delivery estimates so that you can receive your purchase as fast as possible. Thank you for understanding that situations like these are unfortunately out of our hands.

Standard Shipping Times:

Within Colombia: 3 – 15 days*

US and Canada: ​3 – 15 days​*

Europe**: ​5 – 17 days*

Latin America: ​3 – 10 days*


Exceptions apply. Unfortunately, due to some specific customs procedures, the delivery to some countries is not available at this time. We don’t ship to OFAC sanctions country list: ​Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.

Some distant areas can take a bit longer, but we’ll get it to you!

● The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.

● Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.

● Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer’s responsibility.

After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.


The order processing time might take up to 3- 7 business days*. Processing includes production, checking, packing, and sending your orders to the carriers. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.

● Our products are basically made-to-order, meaning that batches are limited and we provide exclusive products. Please know that when you place an order, we are custom making your item for you and that is why our processing time takes longer than other brands.


All customers are charged at the time of purchase. ​All payments received via Paypal are in USD and if you checkout without paypal the currency will be Colombian Peso. Paying in local currency ​means your ​home ​bank handles the ​currency conversion; they will convert the ​currency ​from USD/COL to the Local currency for you.



We accept order cancellations and change requests when receiving a notice within 12 hours of receiving the order confirmation email. We accept any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information within the 12 hour period. Just feel free to contact us. ​We’re available Monday-Saturday 8am-10pm and Sundays 10am-8pm at maramarcolombia@gmail.com.

Please note that any request received after the 12 hour period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.


Please be aware that shipping costs for returns are not our responsibility. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the items to us. Please let us know if you have any other questions and we would be happy to clarify any doubts.


Please know that we are not responsible for any duties and taxes that may be charged when shipping our products internationally (VAT for Canada and Europe for example).

We simply try to provide affordable shipping outside of Colombia and fill out a mandatory Customs Declaration and Dispatch Note where the true cost of the items is declared. We hope you understand.
