Return & Exchange Policy
We offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. As our items are made to order, we encourage you to carefully review your size selection before purchasing. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email maramarcolombia@gmail.com with your full name, order number, item description, and the reason for your request.
Exchange & Return Process
- Requests for refunds or exchanges after 15 days of delivery will be politely declined.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding its approval or rejection. This process may take 5-7 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, or your exchange will be shipped right away.
- Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds will not be granted for incorrect size, color, or quantity selection by the customer.
- Bikinis and one-pieces do not have exchanges or returns because they are an intimate garment.
Final Sale Items & Personalized Products
No returns, refunds, or exchanges on final sale items. Personalized products are created especially for you, therefore return or change is not possible.
Our Responsibility
We will gladly replace or refund your item if:
- It has a manufacturing defect.
- You received the wrong product, color, or size.
Your Responsibility
- Incorrectly Provided Address: If an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout, we are not responsible for undelivered orders.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, processing times may vary.
3. Contact your bank, there may be additional processing time.
